Confidence spell?

I have had a lot of trouble with confidence and setting boundaries (especially at work with my co-workers). It is hard to say no to people especially for me (even though I've been working harder towards thisI'd say I amdecently well.). I am definitely not going to get into details about the situation, as it's extremely personal. I know the old saying, practice makes perfect. I definitely do not want to burn down any bridges with my co-workers while being stern and firm. I also need to add that I have taken this up with my managers, and there is not a good way to put it other than "stand up to them". Would anyone be able to tell me if there was a way to direct my energy in a more confident way of setting boundaries and telling people a harsh "no"?

Affirmations can work wonders for building confidence. I personally sing parts of I Have Confidence, a song fromthe musical The Soundof Music whenever I have an issue with my confidences in any form. I carry a piece of tigers eye for several reasons and one of them is to help build and maintain confidence. There are also ways that can help to empower you which in turn builds your confidence.Casting a spell for empowerment with a spell mix or candle carved with intent and anointed are just a few simple ways to improve one's confidence. Opening and aligning the chakras may also help clear any blockages and get your energy flowing which is empowering and of course increases confidence.
