Is there a enchantment that allows a item to transfer information or knowledge on a certain subject that a user wants allow them to learn this subject over two weeks or the items has to stay with that subject and if you want the information it needs for the user and transfer after 2 weeks or a month is that possible to be able to do that with an enchantment item ?

If so, then firstly, if tha were possible, the person storing that information would have to already know it, so what's the point of having it to recall that information better?
A more effective approach would be to hold the object while studying the information for the test later. It could be -- just making stuff up for a name -- an amulet of retention. Come test time, have the item on your person, and produce it to either be present in front of you or hold it in your hand. If done with deliberacy and intention, it can help with the recall of studied information.
Is there a enchantment that allows the item to take information from other people around that person it can be like memories energy anything or is there a way to make the item curse everywhere is it can't take it all and people that they touch they will exhaust their energy and information about them through the rain to them if they like it or not and those are all the ideas I came up with if they're possible
I'm not sure if you can take memories or knowledge from others, and funnel it to yourself through an object. You could try looking into claircognizance, which might be what you're talking about but it's given directly to you, without a needed object.
Yes, you can tie a curse to an object and give it to someone, either for them to keep in their house or office OR you can tie a curse to a piece of jewlery, hat, etc for them to wear. However, the curse would wear off after a time and you (likely) wouldn't be able to access the object to recharge it. And you're assuming the person won't just throw it away or give it away after a while
Not only that, but once that cursed object leaves your possession, you'll have no control over who gets affected by it unless you somehow tie it to a specific target. something like that sounds more dangerous than it's worth.
