My energy leaving my body

I had this strange and unexplainable experience/

One night I awoke from my sleep around midnight. And I was shocked and alarmed at the same time but yet still I was not scared.

When I awoke from my sleep, I felt my energy leaving my body through my head and the pulling was very strong, now this felt like my energy was being pull up into a six inch pipe. I can't explain it but I felt a lot of energy leaving my body through my head.

And all I did is just remain lying down trying to figure out is going on on tell I fell back to sleep, and when I awoke I checked myself and I was fine like if nothing happened.
