I would like to know how I can communicate with spirits. I can see them I can't talk with them though. Someone, please help.

What has honestly helped me the most has been slowly developing my clair abilities. I can see imagery they may relay, hear them speak at times, clairaudience, and sense at times whether or not they may be malicious.

I recommend looking into energy sensing and developing your clairs and intuition.

That said you could try divinatory tools such as an ouji board, or pendulum.

Neither of these has to be too costly. You can write out the letters, numbers, and phrases of an ouji board on a piece of paper and use a small shot glass to move along as a planchette.


For a pendulum you simply need a slightly weighted item tied to a thread or string. A ring or even button tied to a string can work. Whatever works. The weight should be heavier than say the string but not so heavy as to give unreliable results.

Divination methods, like developing energy sensing and clair ability will take time to learn, and an ability to discern both information and intention of spirits with the awareness one may not truly be able to gauge intentions.

In honestly I recommend having a good understanding and developing of all three of these, energy sensing, clair development, and learning divination and discerning ability to fully grasp not only communicating with spirits, but learning to be prepared in other ways.
