Is / are there such thing as a school for wicca. Like I would assume there are in Salem Massachusetts or new Orleans, Louisiana. But seriously are there any?

There are no brick and mortar schools of Wicca along the lines of Hogwarts.

There are some on-line schools that claim to teach Wicca, but most I've seen have been problematic at best. You end up paying for information you could obtain just as well out of a few books.

Some Pagan and esoteric shops offer classes on Wicca, so you might check your area for that.

But the only way to learn Traditional Wicca is by face-to-face teaching in a coven setting. And you would need to be at least 18 before they would accept you as a student because of legal considerations.

Here's a website where you can look for Pagan contacts in Georgia: https://www.mandragoramagika.com/georgia

Lark provides some sound advice on this topic. I agree strongly with looking for a local occult shop who may have networking available with those willing to teach Wicca, or most specifically British Traditional Wicca, in your area. Wicca did originate in England with Gardner, however it was brought to America as British Traditional Wicca grew and expand it's coven base. Salem, MA is know for it's witch trials and British Traditional Wicca did in fact make to this fair city. I know because the British Traditional Coven I studied with in my mid twenties had a direct line to the Salem Coven who's lineages traced back to Gardner's original coven. I imagine at this time most major cities would have a branch that can trace it's lineage back to Gardner. One does not however, need to stick to British Traditional Wicca to learn Wicca from. As Lark stated there are a lot of good books that contain information that many teach in beginner Wiccan classes.

Many Blessings,

Katie
