soul connection on blood?

how do I know for sure am I under a spell or something? I can't get over my ex, she said that we have a soul connection..we once connected blood, but I don't remember why, i thought it was stupid, but she said, now we are connected forever, we'll be always be on each others mind..i mean is that possible? i do feel like there is something..does anyone know?

It's possible, but it could just as well be psychological. It's also completely natural to think about someone you were once close to for a while after breaking up.

You don't have to tell me the details, but how long ago was this breakup? How long were you together? How do you cope with loss? Do you dwell on things? Do you still keep mementos of the relationship on display in your home? All of these reasons and more can prolong the grieving process.

I would do a cleansing and cord-cutting to remove the energy and connections you have with your ex. This doesn't mean you'll never think of them again, but it does mean you might think of them and feel nothing. ["Oh, we liked this song" and then move on instead of crying or feeling angry]

Personally, I doubt they cast on you, but our energy tangles with others and can appear as if you've been bound to them when in reality it's just two balls of yarn you need to untangle. Write a letter to this person and burn it, perform a cord-cutting, have a cleansing bath, do your shadow work, cast a protection and a healing. These should help you move on from this break-up and be open to future relationships.
