strange experience

Ok I was laying in bed at night thinking about this spectral form that my sister would see, we found out my father was paying someone to cast some black magic on her, anyways, I saw this spectral form and felt its evil power and I got up but I was feeling strange. My body was feeling incredible, I was staring at the figure and it started to fade away. After that I couldn't sleep my body was shaking like crazy from power I was feeling and my back felt heavy but only on two spots that were somewhat parallel to each other. My feet started to get extreamly hot against the ground and I touch the floor with my hand aswell and my hand got extreamly hot really fast. After that my sister has never seen that figure anymore. I want to know what happened to me was I good or bad or what. Please explain if you can. Thank you!

unless you get to a point where you feel this extreme power flowing through you and causing physical pain or damage within.. then dont worry... but i would strongly suggest that in future when doing "big" majikal things... have someone with you that is at a similar level... i have been practicing since i can remember... my mother taught me well... but just recently i got to a point where my husband Kao as well as my spirit guide to litteraly shut me down to prevent me from burning up into smitherenes... so yeah play nice... but try to be carefull.

And that is no lie, not very nice when your wife releases so much energy that you need to shut her down or she spontaniously combusts, not nice at all :(
