Mental health spells

Hi everyone, I have a friend who is struggling with their mental health. I've only found one spell that seems as though it may work but that's for oneself. I'm more of a psychic medium than a witch (although I have practiced some spells in the past) so any information or advice would be appreciated. My friend is very delicate about their mental wellbeing and doesn't really like to talk about it so if it can be done without their overt knowledge that would be good, although I don't like being sneaky like this, but I did get a message that they do need help and help would be appreciated. Please let me know if you have any spells that could work, or any other advice regarding this situation. Thank you :)
