Chant this 3 times: "Oh the great the god of dragons and let me change the position I am in, so mote it be".

Walk in the community and focus on some more powerful people. imagine you stealing their power, their leadership. Say ( in your mind) "I want to be a leader like him and nothing will ever stop me, so mote it be."

The chant needs to be fixed. You cannot say ''I want to be a leader'' and you are a leader. Saying ''I am a leader'' works as a mantra, but you need to put the work in. As a spell, you need Magikal energy, which this does not. This does not work.
