Safe?

This requires an edit. A chant can send misfortune towards an enemy, but how well it will work is based entirely on the negative energy you charged while casting. This chant is not very specific, so I would either simplify it or add to it. Simple by chanting ''You did me wrong, you luck is now gone'' or specific by saying ''Name has harmed me, Name must pay, torment Name until they see, make Name suffer so shall it be.'' This current chant calls on unnamed forces which can be dangerous. It also does not specify anything, so it relies completely on your imagination.
