Casting Instructions for 'Weight Loss'

You will need the following items for this spell:

  • Pen or pencil

Write your full name and how much weight you want to lose on a piece of paper. Hold the paper tightly to your stomach

Chant the following:
"Please, please, set me free
Let the wight drop off of me.
Let my weight go down and down,
Please let me weigh __ pounds."

While you chant, picture yourself stepping on a scale and it reading you goal weight. Keep the paper in a safe place where it won't be disturbed until you reach your goal, or give it to one of the elements.

Again, this could work to set your intention, charge the energy to attract this desire to you quicker, motivate you to achieve your goal, and reduce cravings. However, if all you do is say ''make me thin'' but do not put forth effort, nothing will change. Spells require an exchange to work. In the case of weight spells, you need to give up unhealthy habits.
