Sit on a bed or chair whichever is more confortable to you and what you wish. Criss cross your legs and take a deep breath. Relax and clear your mind. Imagine in your head getting smaller and smaller. Then close your eyes and say this:

"The world so big,
my body so small,
tender and round,
not big at all,
all the jokes,
and all the crimes,
I dont want this body,
Please turn this around,
This is my wish so mote it be,
All blessed be"
