Wet your hair and put the shampoo in your hair.Think about your hair growing for a few seconds.Say my hair shall grow more and more.Then take water over your head then say so mote it be.Then pour the water over your head and you should do this every day for one week.

Chant sometimes with out washing your hair say
My hair is going to be long as i think and as long as i believe.

While setting an intention is good, it won't accomplish much on it's own. A quick Google search shows that essential oils such as rosemary, coconut, and castor promote hair growth, so perhaps those could be incorporated into this ritual.
