Grounding

Why do this?

This is to recycle unused and stagnant energy with fresh energy from the earth.  An alternative way is to make a chi ball simply to keep your energy from being still.

1. Put both feet on the ground.
2. Visualize the world around you represented by chi energy
3. Begin to push the energy in your body down into the earth
4. While doing this, pull chi energy up form the ground to fill your body
5. Continue as long as you feel necassary
