To speed up a werewolf spell and make it stronger: "The sun, The moon, The forest, The pack" And/or- "Alpha, Beta, Omega, Awaken"

To make a shift easier: "Around the lake, around the stump"

To chant just in general: Try chanting "Fenrir", and link it to the idea or feeling of changing, for a boost of wolf power. Other good words to use are "Lupus", or "Lycaon". Or say the names of the wolf deities.

If you work with werewolf energy this could work, if you are trying to mentally shift it could work. If you are trying to become a werewolf you cannot physically transform.

that's exactly what he said, you can mentally shift, not physically. physical transformation is not possible because it contradicts nature, which real magick cannot do, it is ruled by nature on the physical, so it only brings natural change on the physical.
