Vampires and Werewolves in the way this spell claims are not real, you also cannot become one. Spells and magick in general cannot change our genetics or species.

as HearthWitch mentioned, magick doesn't contradict nature. on the physical, it's an energy ruled by nature, it only affects energy to bring a natural change. werewolves and vampires are not physical beings, humans cannot physically transform, therefore this doesn't work.

You cannot physically become a hybrid of fictional creatures.
