Casting Instructions for 'Moon Scroll'

This spell is part of our Moon Magic Series.
You will need the following items for this spell:

  • Runes for absorb, moon, and power
  • Paint
  • Something to paint on (preferably canvas)
  • Paper
  • A wand-object
  • A pen or pencil

Paint a picture of a moon on your papper and let it dry. When it dries, roll it up and tie it as a scroll. Next, wait for the moon that represents the type of magic you want (full= white magic, new= black magic and half=blend) draw a circle on a piece of paper, and draw counter-clockwise arround it the runes in this order, absorb, power, moon. draw a wiccan pentagram in the bottom right corner, place the scroll in the circle tap the pentaram, and say "activate".

What type of magic are you referring to, and can we select the type of magic we want to use for this spell?

this seems a bit sketchy about the part where it says it boosts 3 main magick types and it doesn't even involve using your energy. If you draw it just like that it seems more like art than magick

Please, do not combine random runes if you do not understand the language. Runes, specifically The Elder Futhark (Norse Runes), have spirits attached to them. Each symbol gets its power from the spirit connected with it. You can combine runes to make a specific type of rune. For instance, you could combine Fehu (wealth) and Jera (harvest) to have an abundant harvest. However, if you combine Ehwaz and Mannaz in the hopes of casting a spell to be a lucky man this combination could also read horse man if drawn incorrectly. Please research before using anything new in your spells.

This whole absorb the moons power thing sounds like that TikTok panic from a few years ago where it was rumours new Witches were trying to curse the moon. You can charge items with lunar energy, see how to make moon water. However, it will not give you powers, and there is no main three types of Magik. Also, ending it with activate is a red flag this is fake. Colloquially, people end spells with so mote it be, so shall it be, orblessed be. You can choose to end a spell in whatever way feels right to you. However, the only spells I know that end with activate were written by jorgeperez and they are a notorious troll account.
