Step1 mix together ingrediants in mortar and pestal and add water to the ingrediant mixture. Light the candles in a counterclockwise circle and stand in the middle and chant 5 times:
It can work yea, it definitely helps cleansing it if you believe in it because it tricks ur higher self to automatically cleanse it for you because you think it works. But dont recommend it because you're wasting money on products. Best is to do it on ur own.
This spell/working is missing a lot of details so it is difficult to determine how it might or might not be valid. For example, it mentions parsley. Then 'leaves'. But what leaves is not mentioned. Is it intended to clarify that it should be the leaves of the parsley? Another herb entirely? Leaves off the tree in your back yard? Likewise it states you need two towels but there is no explanation as to why. Are they significant or just to prevent/clean up a mess? Are literal towels required or is it referring to cheese-cloth or something similar to use to steep the herbs in the water? There is too much information missing for this to be safely useable.
Personally I would treat this as a tea/tissue, and choose herbs accordingly. Which means a combination of purpose and taste. I mean, the intention is to drink it. It might as well be enjoyable. Parsley is interesting, it is a boosting herb with a slight freshness to it (it hints at mint).
I would add some actual mint as well... probably peppermint, as I like it better than spearmint. But that is an aesthetic choice. Mint is mint, uplifting and clearing of the mind.
The next I would add would be a small touch of dark chocolate. It adds a bitter note, and chocolate is a mood/emotional cleanser.
I would add these components to a tea diffuser along with a loose-leaf rooibos tea as a base. Rooibos is a sweeter red yea rather than an earthy green, bitter black, or 'plain' white.
I would set up with a cup of freshly boiled water, set the diffuser of herbs in to steep, then light the candles one at a time while repeating your chosen chant for each one. Let the tea steep for a couple of minutes while you contemplate the goal of what you intend to cleanse, clear, and empower. Once steeped to your liking, extinguish the candles then remove the diffuser. Set set aside the diffuser, return to your contemplations, and be present to your goal until the infused tea is cool enough to drink comfortably. Once cooled enough, drink the tea in mindful sips. Pause between each sip to affirm the energy and cleansing warmth as it soaks in to your body.
