How long does it take this spell to work

Banishings [like protection and cleansings] are pretty instantaneous. If you're banishing negative energy/spirits you will know it worked because the area will feel ''lighter'' you should feel safe and secure. If it's a person, it depends on the situation. A person at school will avoid you, someone living in your home would also avoid you but might decide to move out not too long after the casting. As for this spell specifically, I'm unsure if it works, so try it and see, but have a backup if needed. [use this chant as well as a cleansing might do the trick]
