First, gather your ingredients and put the paper in the water. Image it is the person you hate an rip it slightly on the edge. Then put the coin inside the paper and crumble it up. Place on towel and let dry. When dry, chant 3 times:
I do not know what I have done,
To make them make me a victim, number one
To end this fight, they shall fall
And it is over, their insults blocked by my wall
They will never mess with anyone, ever
As long as I keep my power strong forever
So more it be,
SO MOTE IT BE!
Then hide away the paper ball in a dark place or you may burn it.
If you burn it, take the coin out and throw it away
Then burn the paper

I doubt this works as outlined, but I see no harm in trying it. Research banishing spells, freezer spells, or stop gossip spells. These can help. If you decide to attempt this spell, be sure you charge a lot of energy and include information on your bully to specify who they are. A picture with their full name and date of birth for example.
