first you need to make a terror jar
Put 2 tea spoons of honey in a jar
then a pinch of salt then two pinches of pepper
add a hand full of thyme into the mix
then add a cup of water
scream into the jar with all your anger then close it and mix thoroughly.

then during a full moon in an open meadow surrounded by a forest chant these words at midnight.

''people shone above who dare to talk to death, whose life lives in the land, and whose dreams create an armor of terror, freeze this essence'' (open the terror jar cap in one hand and open jar in the other)''and awaken. its now time for you to rise.''
