When people make their body sleep for meditation, they are focusing on each bodypart: shoulder, arm, hand, fingers blah blah... and it can take some time...I have a technique that will work much faster.

The technique is to start focus on the brain. simply make the brain relax first. Then the brain knows the feeling, and then you can send messages to the rest of the body. Sometimes you can make your hole body sleep in an instant
