You will need the following items for this spell:
Three black candles
Black cloth (one square foot)
Five drops of your blood
A picture of who you wish to contact and a personal belonging to them or DNA

Light the three candles before you, (must be in a triangle formation.) Put the black cloth in the center of the candle formation. Put the picture and item on the cloth, then fold it up. Chant:"
You who crossed through the veil, whom i see in this picture, whom owns this item. I wish to speak with you. Come forth to me, obey the summoning." Drop your blood on the cloth. "My blood ssummons thea dear spirit, come forth and head the call. by my blood i mote it be."
I do not work Blood Magik, so I may be wrong, but this appears to be a semi-working spell, but just added blood to it. I do not see the reason for the blood, other than aesthetic, but I am glad the said it is drops of blood and not gash your hand open levels of blood. The chant also seems phony. A picture or item belonging to a spirit can help contact them. A candle can also be used for the spirit to communicate easier. If you are chanting to summon a spirit, I suggest using their full name somewhere in the chant. Lastly, whether this spell works or fails does not matter as much as your ability to see spirits. If you have not strengthened your psychic abilities or discovered how you connect with spirits through your senses. Clairvoyant (see), clairaudient (hear), claircognizance (sensing/knowing), clairsentience (sensing a presence), clairempthy (empath, feeling others emotions), clairgustance (taste). Without knowing how spirits appear to you, casting any spell which involves spirits would be pointless.
