Casting Instructions for 'Memory Enhancement'

You will need the following items for this spell:

  • 1 white candle
  • 2 blue candles
  • 2 yellow candles
  • One Rhodonite crystal

  • One Rhodonite crystal

This spell must be done a day after the full moon. Place the candles in a pentagram on the floor or an alter. The white candle should be the point, and then the others. The blue candles are for truth and the yellow candles for study and memory. Now with your hands over the Rhodonite crystal, candles lite chant four times;

"By the earth, air, fire, and sea,
Lend your powers and protection to me,
By the crystal stone Rhodonite
Enhance my memory three times three,
So mote it be!

Wear the crystal for a month

do i have to have candles and a crystal

Hey can I use a different then that because I don't one

Will this work if the spell is for someone else and I give them the stone?

I doubt this works as outlined. Rhodonite is more associated with the heart chakra and emotional healing than mental clarity. The day after the full moon would put the moon in the waning phase, so energy is moving away from you. If you cast by moon phases, you would cast during the waning phase to remove energy. You could argue you wish to remove mental blocks, but the spell is to improve your memory. Therefore, it should be done in the waxing phase. While the candle colour explanations are fine, less is more. Take a yellow candle and a clear quartz. Yellow is associate with air, air is the element of the mind. Clear quartz is an all around crystal, and easily available. You can say a chant if you wish, but I would meditate and reflect on how a sharper memory would benefit you. If you are in school, I would light a yellow candle when you study, and hold the crystal when you are focused on memorizing something. When you wish to access the memory, hold the crystal and take slow, deep breaths as you think of reading the textbook in your study area.
