  • 4 scented candles
  • 6 bowls of warm water
  • Cozy, comfortable clothing
  • Matches

You will need the following items for this spell:

  • 4 scented candles
  • 6 bowls of warm water
  • Cozy, comfortable clothing
  • Matches

While wearing comfortable clothing, put four bowls of water into a large square. Light the candles and place them within the bowls of water. Sit in the formed square and place the last bowls in front of you, putting a hand on each. Say the following until you feel calm: Goddess, I smell your scents and it relaxes my spirits".
