Fennel is a old ways magick symbol of the good. You can burn it or wear it to ward off black magic and evil influences. Plant this in your garden to ward off evil entities and people and authority as well. In the olden days good witches battled evil witches with fennel. The evil witches used sorgum and they battled over the harvest and all life. Fennel is a solar symbol plant of the Lord.

This is not a spell, but it is a good Witch tip. The herbs you choose to plant around your home can help in your Magik. House plants, when cared for correctly, can become a spiritual ally and help protect you from baneful conjurings. They can also be used to charge other energies, such as lavender for luck. Rosemary by your garden gate is another common protection.
