Begin to focus on what has been sent to you while raising your intent to rid yourself of this to return to sender. See yourself wiping off the hex or negativity, containing it, & releasing it to return home.
Say 3x:
Thinking of me,
But just the same,
Return this spell,
From whence it came,
Upon my safety I do hold,
The sender to return three fold
When finished, close out with:
My spell is cast so shall it be
To cause no harm nor return on me
Allow the candle & incense to burn out completely.
Excellent spell, just a few minor points. When you chant it is more than just three. Chanting builds energy. You should loose yourself in the rhythm of the chant and feel the energy flowing through you. You keep chanting until you feel a strong urge to release the energy that is when you would end it. Common ''ending'' lines are ''So mote it be,'' ''So shall it be,'' or ''As I wilt, so shall/mote it be'' but you can use anything that resonates with you. You can also do something physically to end a spell like falling to the floor, stomping or clapping. Also, when you imagine the negative energy, imagine and feel it being pulled from your body and turning to a mass before you. You can picture scenes from movies if it helps you. An example would be Korra metalbending mercury from her body in Legend of Korra. Also, since this is a return to sender spell, when you complete your chant, and have gathered all the negative energy from the hex, you should release it on the one who hexed you. As the candle burns, imagine them being hit by the negativity and think about how it will negatively effect you. Lastly, while the cinnamon acts as protection and good fortune, and I would assume that is in this spell to protect you as well as add energy to the spell, it is wise to cast a protection once you are done. Otherwise, this will be nothing more than a badminton match.
