  • An angelica root
  • A bit of aloe vera
  • A handful of cloves
  • A bit of blackberry root
  • A few bay leaves
  • A bit of dill
  • A bit of mandrake root
  • A bit of marjoram
  • A vervain flower
  • A star anise flower
  • A rue flower
  • A chopped-up sprig of sage
  • Saturday(optional)
  • Waning gibbous moon(optional)
  • Know your blessing

  1. Put the mandrake, angelica and blackberry roots in the sachet bag first.
  2. Put the bay leaves in next.
  3. Put the star anise, rue and vervain flowers in next.
  4. Put in the chopped-up sage sprig next.
  5. Put in the marjoram, dill and aloe vera next.
  6. Say a blessing to empower it.

Best done in Waning Gibbous and on a Saturday.
