Casting Instructions for 'Protection of One's Mind'

You will need the following items for this spell:

  • A white sheet of paper and a pen or pencil
  • Five beeswax candles
  • A bowl of spring water
  • A length of natural twine
  • On a white sheet of paper, trace the following:

  • On a white sheet of paper, trace the following:

Light the five candles and place them outward from your tracing in the direction of each of the points of your pentacle. Place the bowl of water in the center of your tracing, over the pentacle. Dip your right index finger into the water and then trace a pentacle on your forehead and repeat the following words:

 

"Guardians of the gate, spirits of the senses, protect this mind and harbor it from harm."

 

Extinguish the candles. Roll the candles in the sheet of paper and tie the bundle securely with the twine. Store this package in the room where you sleep the closer to your bed, the better.
