This spell can work anywhere, but it's a specially good in the early morning in forests or old buildings. From my experience ghosts love that.
Step one: Get comfortable. Relax. Take in the world around you. Become aware.
Step two: Meditate. This way you'll notice thoughts that aren't yours coming into your head more easily.
Step three: Really reach out. Make yourself present. Tell the ghosts you're there. Open your mind.
Step four: Listen for voices in your head. When and if you hear them, ask the ghosts if you can talk. If they don't say anything, they're just shy. Come back another time. If they agree, you can ask them any question you want!
Personal story: I went to an old abandoned farm house in a big field deep in the woods near me. I started speaking with the ghosts there. They were shy at first, but soon I started talking with a little girl ghost named Abigail who died in the 1800s. I go and talk with her almost everyday. I think she likes the company.
Make sure to message me if this worked for you! Tell me what kind of ghosts you met!
I think you're referring to an obake which is from Japanese folklore and was popularized by those Japanese horror remakes from the mid 2000s [and yes, the original was better in all cases, I prefer the subtleties of Japanese horror thank you]
This can work, but in my experience they prefer being called spirits, not ghosts, and while you can find spirits in older/spooky places, they can be anywhere. So while some places have more spiritual activity than others, you can connect with spirits in your own home. If you wish to enter a ''haunted'' house, don't trespass and be careful. When dealing with spirits, be respectful, and know the difference between your imagination and spirits. You may hear voices in your head, but it will be more like someone is in the room with you, not how it sounds when you're thinking.
I am sorry for bothering you, I just wanted to thank you for pointing out that they rather be called spirits. My one friend that is a spirit always gets into a mood if someone says ghost, so I learned not to call him that. And also thank you for making sure people are respectful to the spirit, I know most people won't be. Thank you for commenting this in general
no trouble. i've worked with spirits my entire life [even friends with a few myself] and that's something they've all told me [some nicer than others] they don't enjoy being called ''ghosts'' some may simply laugh it off, others might become hostile. so, to be safe, i feel i should let others know.
