Place the object on the table in front of you and sit in a comfortable position. Clear your mind and concentrate intently at the object, studying it closely. Try and feel energy between you and the object, but don't strain yourself. Explore the energy force. How does it feel? Is it powerful? Then, imagine the object slightly moving or falling over and with your mind, try to use your energy to move it. If it worked, congrats. If it didn't, don't be angry or disappointed. Telekinesis is about patience. These things take practice, it is different for everyone.

Tip for you guys, if you end up using a pen or pencil make sure that it is completely a cylinder (no clip on side)
