For fire, you will need a candle in the middle of an altar. For water, you will need blessed water on an altar. For earth, you will need salt on an altar, and air will require a quartz crystal.

Chant any of the following 7 times and at the appropriate lunar/solar cycle (water:full moon, earth:new moon, fire:middle of the day, air: dusk or dawn) only one per day.
