How to make a psi ball

Cup your hands but they need to be atleast 7cm. apart. Then close your eyes and try not to think of anything empty your mind. Then vizualize your minds energies flowing into your hands and forming a ball. The longer you do this the stronger the ball will be!!! Very easy!!! Psi balls can be used for lots of things: telekenisis(aerokenesis, pyrokenesis, hydrokenesis ect.), energy shields and so on and so on!

Yes and no, this is one way to create psi balls and they are useful in getting use to handling magic as well as shaping, directing, and charging it. Where this stumbled is claiming you use it for things like pyrokenesis. Psi balls are not physical, and will not be visible [unless you can see auras and whatnot] you can use them in spells and energy work, but not the nonsense this spell claims you can use them for.
