Go outside, get a good look at at least one of the clouds, memorize the spell and say:

This has worked every time for me, even on my first test, so I'm pretty sure you will be successful . This is also my first spell and am really proud of it.
Weather spells and have preexisted for a long time it's the same as the indians rain dance it's a good first spell and based on science manifestation and practice as well as help from a patron deity it is indeed possible to manipulate the sky tadashi I've noticed your comments a lot but you do not clarify why something can or can't work I'd like to know why a spell can't work if I post it so please provide evidence and reasoning behind you comments please and thank you
Firstly, are you referring to native rain dances when you say ''indian''? As for clarification, I have explained this matter in the past. Not as frequently as ''why do you do this'' but still rather frequently. This site boasts over 16,000 spells. If the majority of them are either fake or repeats of the same spell, it would take far too long to type out a complete explanation every single time. Despite what some might think, this site is a hobby, and I have a life. It is far easier to go ''this does not work'' and when someone asks me to explain, to provide it. All of that aside, this spell is titled ''control the sky'' the sky is not the weather. The sky is not something you can control. As for weather, yes, some can manipulate these forces. While some are naturally gifted, others will require either a group, or a tremendous amount of Magik to make any change. To change the weather does not mean you make clouds over your area, it means moving the weather patterns from their current location into your area to create the weather you desire. I say this half to emphasize the Magik required, but also to consider your actions on a larger scale. Native rain dances were preformed out of desperation, not boredom. Finally, regarding this specific spell, walking outside and going ''make it rain'' will not work unless you are gifted with weather manipulation. Even then, it takes a bit more effort. You need to practice, you need to channel energy, you need to connect with the forces around you, visualize your desire, and chant the words, giving yourself over to the flow of present moment. As outline, I doubt the spell works, but if you rework it, it might work for you. I still stand by my above statement about controlling the sky though.
