My altar uses things from Gaea: wooden altar piece, ceramic bowls, natural herbs and oils, stone censers, etc and often my loving Pothos vine is entwined among the different items while I am practicing. My altar table mat is handmade by women in the Bahamas with five circles (amazingly) in it for needlepoint designs - each one is different. This mat was a gift to me. The wooden altar sits on top of the fifth circle which allows me to point to the open window when needed. At this point, I was setting up my altar for a binding ritual.
