There are some spells that can be used to calm you down, but the true help comes from time and patience. Believe it or not, emotional therapy can really help.
Personally I have found this tough as well but do not give up hope.Therapists may seem like time wasers but behavioral therapy can take years for some before it helps. Find things that relax and calm you (I use thunder meditative music) talk with people you are comfortable with. I also suggest reading the book "The secret". It is based on the concept that we draw what we focus on or what we put out into the universe.
I agree with Dyna, try hypnosis, they have tons of self hypnosis recording now, full of affirmative positive messages. I use subliminal recordings to help my depression. It works and its almost silent, just put your Ipod ear buds in...
Thinking that therapy is a waste of time, is suffice to say that you are a waste of time, which is just symptomatic of your condition.
Meditate if you can, dance, party and sing if you can't. Exercise. CBT is a very efficient therapy that doesn't require going deep into the past. Transactional Analysis is a good therapy, but takes time. Meds are good as stabalisers till you get on track. Some people needs meds in the same way as others need insulin, there's really no shame in it. Also, some herbs work - seek advice from someone qualified.
Until you get to the point where you think you deserve help, its not going to happen, unless a crisis forces it upon you.
I see children like yourself all the time. It's obvious that you don't have it easy since you have all these diagnoses. I would just like to add my advice to the pool since this is in my line of work; it should help you.
First, because of your diagnoses, do not try to hypnotise yourself or be hypnotised by someone who is not a clinical hypnotist. These things that bother you cannot be cured by hypnosis, non of them (at least not primarily). It is dangerous and I've seen people patients like this with even lesser cases go even worse, even psychotic. I believe you know everything about your diagnoses since you have chosen to share it like this but for others, in brief; Asperger's is an autism spectrum disorder and cannot be cured by hypnosis. OCD, GAD, panic disorder and eating disorder are all neurotic disorders and cannot and shouldn't be cured with hypnosis. depressive disorder is a mood disorder and cannot be cured by hypnosis. Oppositional defiant disorder is a conduct disorder and cannot be cured by hypnosis.
Some thought patterns, however, can be altered by hypnosis, but in your case, since you must be, judging by your diagnoses, very neurotic, it is highly dangerous that you dabble with hypnosis. Maybe you will listen at least to this and prevent any further harm to yourself.
I see children like yourself every day and with these and even worse diagnoses, going in and out of hospital, improving, then again slipping and back and forth. I understand that the prognosis of those who have a stable family backing them up and helping them improve is essential, so I understand what may be a part of your ordeal.
However, the best results and prognosis have those that want to be better, that see that they are doing something that is harmful to themselves. Since you have oppositional defiant disorder, I gather that you must also be having trouble with that. And I understand that a person with Asperger's is often misunderstood by their surroundings and that must be difficult for you.
You have to be strong and give them time; educate them, show them that you are different, sensitive and that you see the world in a different way. Ask them for understanding. If you try that, you will truly find someone who is willing to understand.
If you really wish to change and be helped, then you cannot be defiant, then, sometimes, you must listen to other's that do know more than you do. Herbal remedies and spells can help you, spiritually guiding you on the right way, but will not resolve your troubles. You will eventually have to resolve them yourself. And I know you are young and you want to be like everybody else, but you are special in your own kind of way. Make the world understand it and make yourself understand it. Now, even though it might me much, you will have to grow to be a responsible person that that thinks about her needs and takes responsibility for her actions. You have to be strong and keep trying. Let them help you if they offer you help. Let them help you be better. If you haven't found a right psychiatrist it doesn't mean he cannot help you. Let them help you, and if they are not understanding, then find another one that you are comfortable with. Do not defy help if you want to be better.
You are young and the world is ahead of you. Don't let your diagnoses become you. Claim your illness, learn to master it, learn to master yourself- if you do, if you persist, your mind will listen, but when you don't know how, find someone that will show you.
I wish you all the best, and you can ask me any questions regarding your mental state if you think you don't have sufficient information. Blessed be
