I wanna get rid of some very negative people in my life, family members, but do not want to deal with any negative returning,
This is my son's dad and his family. When I met him I didn't like him but he wouldn't go away, his family hated me and only knew one thing about me Iam 10 years older,okay I didn't like him but let him hang around anyway, and then he raped me, my mom and dad would only lie about the whole thing, so it was never reported. My parents are also been a cause of GREAT pain in my life,they are to reason for almost ALL my problems, the DARK ENERGIES that surround me. I DO NOT have any MONEY, 5 years ago he won in court because I had too sumit to signing a stipulation,because he had money and a laywer I didn't, even though in Mn.if there is any sign of abuse, physical,then other parent gets thier rights denieghed providing there's proof, with there was until I went to get the pictures from Ramsey Co.,is cousin works for the county, they disapeared. I want to rid my son's life of this low-life of a dad and his family, because they do not care about my son only want to see me suffer.

Okay not to downplay your self confidence or anything but you should have reported your rape. Fine, your parents and his parents would have lied about it. YOU would have been all the proof that you needed and if he hadn't worn a condom the police would have physical evidence to prosecute. If you'd already had your son when this happened you would have most likely also gotten full custody of him without having to fight with him about it.
Unfortunately without having the money to pay for a layer and fight with the courts over the custody of your son you wont have any choice when it comes to getting the father out of your sons life. My suggestion for getting rid of all 4 of them is stop returning your phone calls. Talk to them only when you have to. Since most parents that share custody of a child do have a plan of when that child is spending time with who just make the phone call saying when you plan to drop your son off and when you plan to pick him back up when the fathers time with him is over. Once they know what time your coming hang up, don't hold a conversation with them. The court says your son has to have a relationship with them, not you. Until you can afford to get the layer I mentioned your going to have to be stuck with them being in your sons life even if it isn't in his best interest.
