Quick Quartz Healing

A quick and easy way to reduce pain.This is my first spell, please be nice.

Casting Instructions for 'Quick Quartz Healing'

You will need the following items for this spell:

  • Bowl Filled With Water
  • Cloth (Optional)
  • Quartz Stone (The Bigger The Better)

You will need the following items for this spell:

  • Bowl Filled With Water
  • Cloth (Optional)
  • Quartz Stone (The Bigger The Better)

Take the quartz stone and hold it in your hands, visualise the pain in your body, how does it feel when you apply pressure to it, how it feels when you put ice over it, what does it sound like, does it ache, or does it not make a sound? now visualise the pain gone, not there anymore, you are healthy, visualise all the pain being transferred into the quartz.

Once you feel all the pain has gone, (Take your time) say:

 

"I will no longer be hurting."

 

3 Times.

Toss the quartz into the water.

Say:

 

"I feel no pain, I will be strong, I will be healed, for short or for long."

 

Once or Twice.

Leave the quartz in the water for 10 - 15 minutes, it may take time.
