I use this as a way to heal injuries.

Casting Instructions for 'Lighten Pain'

You will need the following items for this spell:

  • An injury (does not work for bleeding as far as I know.)
  • Visualization
  • The ability to use Psi

The way I see it, pain is a lack of psi in an area of your body. So, simply put, to cure it you need to put psi into that area to cure it.

The way I do it is (1) put my hand firmly (but not too tight) onto the injured area, (2) imagine Psi flowing from my hand into the injury, and (3) try to feel the pain go away. It works most of the time for me. Hope it works for you too!
