When doing this spell you have to get the cat in a position we you are looking into each others eyes Concentrate then while looking in the eyes of the cat chant "tail of a rat wing of a bat allow this cat to chit and chat" and the spell should of worked.
You might be able to establish a telepathic link [though I don't believe in telepathy] but this specific spell is fake, or rather incomplete [simply staring into an animal's eyes and saying a few words won't do anything. At best you'll upset the animal as staring into their eyes can upset them] Observe your pet and try to build a bond, that way you can communicate with them, though you won't be able to talk to them in words.

But, you need to understand the majority of people on this site try and teach facts. Hey neko where is she roleplaying you have no proof she's lying.. and yes you can use this spell to communicate but it won't be like the spell says but at the same time she didn't say if she heard her cat speak.. she just said it worked for her
Because reading over the spell you can tell it's fake, and by the fact, she used the line ''blood line witches'' [which is an elitist term used to try and seem more legitimate than others] I can conclude she's trolling and wanting a fight. She also posted a few other questionable things in other spots on the site.
