Casting Instructions for 'Spell for a Goodnight’s Sleep'

You will need the following items for this spell:

  • Optional* A candle with a relaxing scent/color (I always use lavender or vanilla)
  • A pen (blue is good for this)
  • Paper

  • A pen (blue is good for this)
  • Paper

If you’ve chosen to use a candle, light it now 

Create a sigil for sweet dreams and speak the following chant:

”Dreams be kind,

Dreams be fair,

May Morpheus dispel any nightmare”

 

Speak this chant as many times as you like. Then blow out the candle. (Remember to thank Morpheus)
